Terms of Purchase / Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our product is important to us. Therefore we offer a liberal exchange policy.
Artwork may be returned for exchange or store credit for any reason at any time as long as the artist whose work is being returned is one The Art Shop still carries in inventory and is still promoting at the time the request is submitted. Exchanges are accepted only for artwork that is in stock.
We will accept cancellations on orders for in-stock artwork within 48 hours from the time the order is placed with the gallery. We do not offer cash refunds for artwork or deposits for artwork (except as noted above) and we cannot accept cancellations on special order artwork once the order from the client has been placed with the gallery.
If a return is for any reason other than defects in the product, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client. You must notify us in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise if you need to return your purchase due to damage or defect.
Your original sales receipt must accompany the merchandise and it must be in its original condition.
